Hiring - Receptionist/Admin Assistant
We are seeking a full-time receptionist to support the realtors and assist with the day-to-day functions of the office.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Answer phones, transfer calls and take accurate messages;
• Assist real estate agents with various administrative requests
• Greet guests and alert staff to their arrival;
• Check MLS for new Listings and Under Contract deals; compare to house records
• Handle and distribute incoming packages/mail and outgoing packages (via delivery services)
• Help with the day-to-day operations of the office
• Organize and maintain files and records
• Plan and schedule meetings and appointments
• Conduct research and perform data entry
• Type documents (letters, invoices, flyers, etc)
• Create and maintain spreadsheets
• Manage office supplies
• Maintain clean office and kitchen environment
Candidate must:
• Have real estate receptionist and admin assistant experience
• Live within 30 minute drive of Massapequa Park
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Be detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
• Be highly-organized and flexible
• Have the ability to multitask
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office: Word Excel and PowerPoint
• Have a positive attitude and be willing to learn
