Exit Realty Multi-Office Picnic
A look back on our Exit Family Picnic.
Here at Exit Realty Premier, we think we have a great work environment, but for our Summer picnic which included 150 agents from nine offices, we wanted to get an outside take, think an "Undercover Boss" type scenario. What do people REALLY think? We invited a non-agent to attend and give his honest take. So in-between soccer, picnic games, and food, what were his thoughts?
"I was surprised by the open family feel, welcoming atmosphere, and seeing so many people enjoying spending time with their fellow agents from throughout the city. Speaking with people at random and asking how they like working for Exit, the reoccurring theme was them feeling like they work for a company that truly values everyone. I asked how management is, and there was example after example of office brokers and owners taking time to mentor staff and having their agents backs. In this highly-competitive business world, such a healthy work environment is rarely seen. They share knowledge, emphasize mentoring, but also have fun. If I decided to go into real estate, I would definitely join the Exit family."
