Calling Night at EXIT Premier in Massapequa Park
EXIT Realty Premier hosted its second successful Calling Night on Monday July 20th. Patrice Alexander (Director of Business Growth and Development) started the calling night off cool, calm and collected. "I'm very comfotable on the phone" she said. "It's all about being warm, personable, and confident! Cold calling tops the list of things sales people are afraid to do, but there are real leads out there!"
Ultimately the night was a success with over 80 calls being made. There were a lot of laughs too as agents listened to eachother's scripts and compared home owner's responses.
Owner of EXIT Premier Wayne Frankel commented "Cold-calling isn't as tough as everyone makes it out to be, the secret is to do it together as a team and have a little fun with it. Ultimately we are calling the homeowners of Massapequa to let them know we are the best agents in the business and were in their backyard."
