2 Spring (2 Spring St., Oyster Bay): A recent high-octane addition to Oyster Bay's booming dining scene is also its sexiest. The two-story space is decked out in style with bold woods, brick and creative chandeliers. The kitchen is manned by Iron Chef champion Jesse Schenker, who has conceived an of-the-moment bistro menu that includes dishes like a fisherman's pot, codfish fritters with lamb ragu, chicken pot pie with chorizo, and vanilla panna cotta with puffed quinoa and grapefruit coulis.
